Congrates DIGI for Excellent Customer Service
My MBox arrived yesterday and I was disappointed to see that I had version 6.4 of PT. I immediately went to the Digi website and easily found the info I needed to get a free upgrade to 6.7. My completed forms were mailed today and the site says it should be 2-3 weeks before arrival. Thanks Digi.
In comparison, I also have Cubase SL 2.2. My order arrived two days before Steinberg started shipping 3.0. To this day I cannot get any info on getting the lastest version without having to pay more money. Every place I email tells me to contact someone else. The contrast in customer service is dramatic. Thank you Digi for serving your customers and treating us fairly.
