I suspect that this could be relate to open core.

Smooth install and everything working fine EXCEPT, center waveform line still thicker running M1 compared to Running Rosetta making it unusable to edit dialogue. Bummed that this wasn't taken care of as i started a case and they logged it as a bug. Is anybody else seeing this. Or the better question, Is everybody Seeing this. Maybe its just a certain monitor thing. I had a post going and several dialogue editors were also seeing this bug. This is only running in native mode.

I was just thinking how big a movie theater you need for those 15 speakers and one or more subs. Most are still mixing in 5.1 if greater-than-stereo

In Memory Locations, is there any way to get rid of (or move the column position order) of this "Track Name [Icon] Marker Ruler" right next to the Marker Name .... and place it after the Bars|Beats info ?

Are there really zero 7.1.4 multichannel plugins ? (I'm not talking about multi-mono, as someone always manages to suggest)
Not even an Avid 7.1.4/stereo downmixer, or a basic Avid Limiter or Compressor ?

For a start, there are linked multi mono options and Penteo does 16 channels.


Also in regard to Track Markers, I would love an option to restrict the length of a Marker to the clip to which it is attached.

Liquidsonics has put out a lot of reverbs that can do this. Currently you have to link plugins to get around Pro Tools's previous inability to have that wide tracks but they will definitely be making those possible now directly.

For 7OA there isn't even a decoder or a panner in AAX. Looks like an incomplete solution to me.
