Tassman 4 on Pro ToolsLE 7.1 crash

PTLE7.1 crashes when I start Tassman 4. I've updated Tassman. It shows up in the instruments plug in list. All other plug ins work fine. Do I need to move some of the Tassman plug in or data files?

1.25GB ram

external firewire drive
OS10.4.6
