This is comical now. Let me bottom line it for you...

Install the bundle (it will have the latest Mx version).

Go to your Avid plugin folder (in my case it's a mac) - HD>Library>Application Support>Avid>Audio>Plug-Ins

Move the unwanted plugins from the bundle to the 'Plug-Ins (unused)' folder.

It took me longer to type this then it does to actually do.

If you decide that you want to use the other included plugins down the road, just move them from the unused folder back the main folder.

Yes I am running it on my M1 MBP (see below in my sig line = Mobile) it works just fine in Silicon native

it shows as incompatible, (when i load an old session that had it)
Just tested an old session I had Tape Echo on from my Intel iMac -- Tape Echo loads and works just fine no Rosetta warning (what ever that is)

i don't want to install Eleven Effects Bundle from 2022.12. Rack plug-ins. just to get this,
Unclear what you mean "Eleven Effects Bundle 2022.12 Rack plugins " are you not current with your perpetual or subscription ??

My current perpetual account shows "Eleven Effects Bundle 18.8 (MAC) 38.37 MB" which works fine silicon native

AVID ?? can you upload or send link to a newer version of Tape Echo ?? please....
Avid already did,, it's in your Software Download Links & Product Details section of in your PT Version from "My Products " page of your account and is called "Eleven Effects Bundle 18.8 (MAC) 38.37 MB"

I don't understand your issue with downloading the bundle that actually works, --On an M series Mac it downloads as fast as your ISP can handle. And as noted you can always remove any plug ins you are not going to use.
