Midi Patch Names
So after installing 7.3.1 my MIDI patch name docs don't seem to work. Rebuliding one with Cherry picker resulted in the the same error:
"Pro Tools could not find appropriate patch names in the currently selected patch name document because either manufacturer/model information or instrument mode do not match." Any ideas? CG |

Re: Midi Patch Names
updating pt is always a hassle when it comes to your middev file, i make it a policy to keep a safety fil of my middev file to replace the new one pt installs.
i may be totally wrong, but check your current middev file to see if your instruments are listed, that could likely be the trouble. good luck |
