unable to initiate eucon
error message
the EUCON personality could not be loaded because the requiredEUCON library is not installed.jPlease install the correct drivers to enable EUCON functionality.. reinstalled 3 times same error. pt.2021.6 Ultimate mac Pro 12 core late 2013 64 gigs os 11.4

When you launch the unified installer, check the Uninstall & Remove Preferences section at the bottom.
Uninstall, reboot, then re-install. If this does not get you cooking, please open up a support case and lemme know the case number to help get you sorted. https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...ow_to/en413311
