I have. And I have since purchased Structure LE and am doing all my samples that way now. I'm tired of this bloated NI software taking forever to load up in sessions, and also taking forever to close a session. Sure, there were some cool features, but I really found myself not using many of them lately. Structure plays back a sample and is rock solid, and I like.

In fact, it's getting to the point where I use all my NI stuff less and less, and I bought so much over the years, a real shame.

Thanks. Will Structure LE load up a Battery patch? I have to admit I haven't really looked into it.

I am also not an NI fan but I did amass quite a Battery library over the years.
I downloaded the beta yesterday and used it in a track immediately.
It felt solid to me and I rediscovered what I loved about it.

I am well aware that NI WILL let me down and that this version WILL eventually give trouble but it was sure nice to be creative and get that rush from immediate gratification.

I'll use it till it falls over again.

Browsing cells with auto preview seems much slower to me - constantly beachballing....

+ There's still appears to be no option to stop it capturing the keyboard from Pro Tools!

Ok, so I have a session that needs Battery that I have to remix....and it says the Beta has terminated as of Sept. 1st, 2009....

What? Why? Am I supposed to go back to the version that worked even worse than this Beta does? What's up with NI man?

Anyone else got a fix so that I can keep using the software I paid for from these crooks?

Thanks,
Sig

Check for a new beta. There have been 4...

The auto preview issue I mentioned above has been fixed too.

Hi.

The latest version of Battery is 3.06.

It is at the address where beta was obtained.

Thanks for the link, I looked and looked and couldn't find anything...

They should really post these in your registered downloads for Battery 3 users, that would make more sense.

Thanks!

I finally got round to downloading the beta last week and have been using it extensively. I have to say it's the most stable out of all the NI plugs. For me, anyway.

Now do I upgrade to 6? I vowed never to give them another penny....AAAGH!
