Slow Solo mode
Is the Artist Mix able to communicate with Logic Pro 9 via slow solo mode?
All my software and firmware is up to date. Thanks in advance. -Tom |

Re: Slow Solo mode
Yes - at least it does for me.
What happens when you try ? Note that: (1) the Artist Mix controls the mutes/solos in the Logic mixer, which in "slow solo" mode are separate from the Track mutes/solos you see by each track in the arrange window. (2) As well as appearing in the Logic mixer window, the Logic mixer mutes/solos (which Artist Mix controls) also appear in the bottom left of the Logic arrange window, for the selected track only. I'm not aware you can control the track mutes/solos from the Artist Mix, which as I said, in "slow" mode are independent of the Logic mixer. But I could be wrong. Maybe stuff can be reprogrammed somehow. Does any of that help ? |

Re: Slow Solo mode
Thanks Chris, that's exactly what I'm after, allowing the artist mix to control the arrange page rather than the mixer window i.e controlling mute/solo with buttons in slow solo
