This has to be easy but I can't find it!!!
I want to have my send mutes (pre-fader if possible) follow my main channel mutes.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well ... it is not easy because it is not there. At least to my knowledge you cannot link main channel mute to a send mute.
I suppose what your'e saying is that you want a way to mute the pre fader send when you mute the main channel to avoid signal coming through the pre fader send right ? Only way to avoid that is to mute the return of that pre fader send as well and that is something that you can link to the main channel mute by setting up a mix group accordingly that / possibly a mute group that does just that. I think ...... Someone else ? Chris

Chris is right. There is no direct way. Not on a channel by channel basis anyway. You could make a master fader of the send or sends you're using and as Chris mentioned group them with the regular channels and they would mute as well. But this does it for the entire buss not each channel individually.
Why do you need this specific action? Maybe there's a better way to do what you're trying to do. |

This has been a recurring feature request - hopefully it will appear as a pref in a future version of PT.

I believe that it is this way on an SSL console...or at least the E/G Series. When you hit the "cut" button on a channel, it actually cuts input to the module, thus also killing even any pre-fader sends. It has some very useful purposes, and yes, hopefully it will eventually come out for Icon.
