Did I miss something? Is there a new address? Wha' happa'?????

Probably down for maintenance or something...Pace's website seems to be working fine, and they haven't changed the link...

Where is iLok?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I have authorizations for plug-ins on there that I need NOW!!!

The "iLok down" prompted me to check the site since I had not been there in many months.

So, I update to their "new site" and lo and behold when I check my iLok, some (probably 2, Sony Oxford and DINR, I think) of my registered and iLok "safed" plug assets have disappeared from the license pool!!!

The site also indicates that I have never synchronized, when in fact I have done so at least twice, though the last sync was about a year ago.

So much for Quality Control at Pace.

So now what do I have to do? Find a bunch of receipts, pay a fee to iLok for them to check their own files and find the errors? Anyone have this problem before? Suggestions?

What I do, I guess I'm paranoid, is synchronize about once a month and print to pdf all my assets for my records. I'm not on ZDT. BTW what is the definition of "Zero" anyway?
