Protools questions from a confused beginner...
as a beginner to protools, i've got a few questions that are probably embarassingly easy to answer, but have been causing me grief... 1. Is it possible to import sections of a commercial cd into protools session? I've tried import track and then clicked on the cd drive, but it says its not in the correct format - is there another way to do this? 2. Using Reason as a rewire slave, i can't figure out how to record / program it so different beats appear at different points of the protools track - i can play and alter the beats in real-time as the protools plays, but this is clumsy and protools doesn't record it anyway... any help would be appreciated! |

Re: Protools questions from a confused beginner...
1. Use the import audio from other movie command.
2. Edit the tempo within Protools. |
