Kontakt 5 with LASS on a midi track bussing to an audio track

HI,
I am composing a cue where I created a instrument track ( LASS ) and then created an audio track the bussing is correct so I can make inactive the Instrument track after recording.

The issue happens when I go into Midi editor, extend some notes and change the velocity on a few notes. When I position my cursor in the middle of the track and want to re record the changes I made. I highlight the record on the audio bussed track and record on the transport bar. As soon as I hit play to re record what changes I made from the midi editor, the whole computer makes a loud buzzing noise coming out the speakers and locks the computer up. It is almost Like it does not like to do this. My cpu and resource space is fine.

does anyone know why this would happen.
