Default Trashing Trial Plug-ins

My trial period had expired for a few plug-ins I had installed awhile back. Yesterday I tried to trash the plug-ins (I got tired of clicking the numerous warning screens at start up) but, couldn't find the plug-in folder for DV Toolkit or Digi Translator. Anyone know where these are located or how to uninstall these?

For DV Toolkit... Applications -> Digidesign -> Pro Tools -> DV Toolkit2.bundle

All other plug-ins... Applications -> Digidesign -> Pro Tools -> Plug-in Alias -> trash what you don't want...

Not sure about Translator...

DV Toolkit isn't there nor is Digitranslator. I looked in Spotlight and came up with nothing. I guess they are trashed but, how do I turn off the warnings when I launch PT?

Digitranslator may be removed by Deleting the OMF.dll or OMF.bundle file.

In OSX:Mac HD/Applications/Digidesign/Pro Tools/OMF.dll or OMF.bundle

DV Toolkit can be removed from Mac OSX by removing the Timecode.dll or Timecode.bundle file from inside the Pro Tools folder.
