I'm a complete noob. I've bought an MBox Mini, Pro Tools Express, and a KORG MicroKey 25. I used to play with an old 4-track cassette machine but it looks like I've been totally left behind.

Any advice on how to get the keyboard to work with pro tools would be greatly appreciated. The keyboard came with a USB cable so I'm unable to connect it to the MBox and I can't get PRoTools to find it. I managed to get a microphone to work through the MBox but that's not much use for virtual instruments.

Do I need to buy a different keyboard that can be connected to the MBox?

Also, there are heaps of tutorials etc out there but the youtube clips are a brief and disjointed. Can anyone recommend a good manual/textbook to learn ProTools from as a complete beginner?
