Default DigiTranslator

Everytime start PT, I get the authorize/quit for this. I've looked for it in plug-in alias to remove it, but it's not there. The only thing I can find (spotlight) are PDF files for it. How do I get rid of this.

I'm not sure how I got it in the first place, but I'm guessing when i installed 7.1 from 7.0 as that's about when I remembered it startiing

Thanks
