Default opinions on Marshall MXL 990 condensor mic

I've seen this mic available for around $70 with shockmount....I'm looking to do some experimental Lep Zepp type drum recording with two or even one overhead condensor...

is this a usable mic or just another bargain basement cheapie piece of junk???
