Digital out of Digi 002 to Presonus?

All
I have a PreSonus Central Station and HP 60 headphone distribution amp that I would like to incorporate into my setup. How/what would you suggest the the I/O for both?

I also have a TasCam RW900 CD recorder that I'm going to be sending to. I assume that will be s/pdif?
