C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Pro Tools\Databases\Unicode\Volumes
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\DAE Prefs
C:\Users\(Users Name)\AppData\Roaming\Avid\Pro Tools

Then move all plug-ins to the unused plug-in folder except Xpand! reboot and try again.

Didn't work for me. Still getting the same (lack of)results from xPand2.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Just trashed prefs again.
Can you tell me exactly which plugin files to be moved, and exactly from where to where?

I have only seen this issue when opening the Xpand 2 plugin on a profile that is not Admin. I initially thought it was a permissions issue. I granted the net profile read/write permissions to the Instruments folder as well as Xpand 2 folder and the Xpand.big file itself. This did not solve my problem.

I can log off of this account log into an admin account and the plugin works correctly. Creating a new admin account seems like it would resolve some of your problems.

I am in an educational environment and do not want to nor can I allow the students to be on an admin account.

I just want to add some additional info.
We have been able to (prior to pt10) run all of the plugins from the creative collection/instrument pack on a non admin account.
