Default Plugin's will not go away . . .

All,

I have ProTools 10.3 on a MacBook Pro, running OSX 10.8.3. I recently removed a trial version of the WAVES Plugin Tools. Everytime I start PT up, it scans and ask me where the plugin's are.

I am obviouly new at PT's - can someone please point me to how I can correct this issue.

Thanks !

You should have the following file already on your computer:
/Applications/Waves/Utilities/Waves Uninstaller.app

That should get rid of everything that waves installed.

Or you can at the least do the following manually...
Check to see if you have something with the name "WaveShell" in the following location:
Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins

If you do not have or plan on using any Waves plug-ins, delete that WaveShell file.
