Default iLok not showing new expiration date

Um, how do I upgrade my iLok to show my new PT expiration date? My online account now says 2018, but my iLok still shows that it will expire in a few days. Anyone know why my iLok account doesn't seem to reflect the renewal of my license?

Which specific license are you referring to? If it's the Pro Tools Plan license, did you renew your Plug-Ins and Support Plan (which should refresh that license) or only the Upgrade Plan?

I renewed whatever it is that costs $399! Haha!

Sounds like you renewed a Pro Tools HD Upgrade and Support Plan (thank you). If so, the Pro Tools HD Plan license (which authorizes the bonus plug-ins) should refresh its expiration date around the time of your Plan's original end date.

Thanks Jeffro. Yes, that's what I did. I actually have three such licenses and have upgraded 2 of them. Is there a grace period, because I'm not sure I'll get the third one done by the expiration date?

Yes, there is a 30 day grace period that allows for renewal.
