Unable to register MPPT8

Howdy folks. This is my first post and of course I need help right away...

I've recently purchased MPPT8, and installed it successfully on my W7 64 bit machine, but I can't register it because every time I fill out the information on the www.avid.com/reg website, it gives me a "Session has timed out" message.

Now, I can type dern pretty fast, so I am wondering if this is a common problem or if there is a common fix to this or what. I tried calling the register support not toll free hit option 2 hotline, but got disconnected twice, once at 30 minutes, and once at 25 minutes. But I've only owned it for two days, so maybe I'll have a shot at getting disconnected again tomorrow

Guess not. Well, I ended up getting through to the help desk for registration, clocked another half hour wait, but I'm registered now.

I had the same problem last night. Would you mind sharing the magic involved in getting the product registered?? I'd certainly appreciate it, and thanks in advance for the help. I sure hope the software works better than getting registered and acclimated to community and forums. That's a rat maze!
