Pro Tools 8.0.4 crashes on "Initializing Controllers"

Pro Tools 8.0.4
003 (factory) + Apogee Ensemble

Pro Tools loads fine if I don't have the ensemble in the chain but as soon as I put it back in Pro Tools "reboots" the 003 during the "Initializing Controllers" phase of start up. It then either freezes up or eventually tells me it lost communication with the 003 and only gives me the "quit" option.

This is seemingly random and eventually works itself out with an undetermined amount of reboots, etc.. I've tried having the 003 first in the chain and the ensemble first in the chain with the same results. I've tried all number of start up procedures as well.

Anybody!? This is more of an annoyance then anything as I have to show up for sessions an hour early to make sure pro tools will load before the client arrives and simply pray that it doesn't crash forcing me to send the band out for lunch.

Nevermind. Can't figure out how to delete this thread but apparently my Ensemble software reset itself and changed the clock settings.. Wonderful.
