Major help please. Pro Tools will not open!

I have a MBP 2.4 GHZ 10.4.9 and I do in fact have 7.3.1 Pro Tools LE installed, so that is not the problem via update wise. It has been working beautifully ever since today; it just does not open. Any suggestions? I'm kind of freaking out.
