Eucontrol Shows connected but all devices SEEM disconnected. Help!
I have an AVID Dock with Eucon on the iPad and an Artist Mix. I have used them for a year or more with a desktop. Now I am remote with them connected to a laptop. Eucontrol shows the devices connected, but they are identical to how they are when disconnected (all faders down, not responsive, etc.). I have updated firmware and they all have the newest version of software. Any ideas out there? Thanks!

Do you have Eucon enabled in Pro Tools?
