Pro tools 12 Tier 2 problem

Every time I try and download the Tier 2 plugins, they appear to load correctly but each one is asking for a license activation. I thought these came with my purchase of pro tools 12.7.1. Am i doing something wrong? Any help/advice on this would be greatly appreciated

The "bonus" plug-ins should be listed in your AVID account. The HD plan includes more plug-ins.

The subscriptions can be confusing. My subscription iLOK has three items: 1) a Pro Tools Subscription, 2) a Pro Tools Plan, and 3) Eleven. All evaporates at the subscription expiration unless renewed.

Avid had a special going on where you got one free Tier 2 plugin with a new purchase or subscription. You get to choose, but you have to click on a few things to get to the right page after you have activated your purchase/subscription.

The free Tier 2 plugin is perpetual and actually includes three activations.
