It´s just where you get after double clicking the downloaded LE8.0.3 installer.
After double clicking the downloaded installer at first it will unzip the dmg and finally you will get to this.
This is the actual installer. Double click this one again and it will install LE8.0.3 on your system.
This actually is what´s inside the downloaded LE8.0.3 app folder.

Btw if you insert your LE8 CD/DVD and it does work properly this exactly is what will come up for you to
install Pro Tools.
