Re: Two Talkback Switches on D-Command
D control has 2 footswitches ... D command has 1.
On D control you set the pref for what the switches do in the utility pages under preferences. I'm sure on D command it is the same thing, Under Utility / prefs : set the footswitch to Talkback. You can now toggle talkback on / off

Re: Two Talkback Switches on D-Command
the Single foot-switch input on the back of D-Command can actually accomadate 2 foot-switches. both capable of controlling playback, record and talkback independently from one another.
Wire them up as follows: Tip= Foot-switch 1 Ring= Foot-switch 2 Sleeve= Ground If you go into the utility mode (located in softkeys) you can assign each foot-switch as you please, you can also flip the polarity of the jack for different foot-switches... So technially D-Command gives you 3 different places where you can control talkback; the regualr talkback switch and the 2 foot-switch inputs. -lev |
