pro tools ultimate 2023.12.1 freeze and crash

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the latest version of pro tools 2023.12.1 (also with 2023.12)
Here I have an HDX system on Sonnet expansion connected via Thunderbolt to a Mac Mini with the latest Monterey version.

For a few weeks it has been happening to us that closing a project or duplicating a pro tools track goes into freeze (classic rainbow pinwheel).

It's happening to me randomly but constantly every day 4-5 times a day.
I'm forced to quit
Do any of you encounter this problem?
