I NEED HELP...PLEASE

I purchased the protools LE upgrade 7.4. along w/ the producer factory bundle. (download version) I already have the older Mbox. I am experiencing some issues trying to register them. When I try to open Protools I need some authorization text code. I have 1 ilok do I need to purchase the ilok softare or any other programs in order to run Protools? Anyone with any tips please respond asap I am going nutts over here trying to figure this out.

If you purchased 7.4 from Digi's online store, go back there, log in to 'your account' view your order history and click 'view order details'

There you will find the DIGI0740 auth code for your copy. That also should have been emailed to you.

There is no ilok software required to use the ilok. That key authorizes plug-ins, not Pro Tools. So if you install the factory bundle, and plug that key in then you should have those plug-ins available in Pro Tools. Any other pop up windows you might get on launch, hit quit because you might have installed plug-ins you don't own and need to remove from your system if they are not part of the fac bundle.

If you need more help, your best bet is to ask in one of the Pro Tools LE forums... the TDM forums are for issues with Pro Tools HD. Sometimes there's overlap between LE and HD systems (and users) but often there is not. If you ask in the LE forum for Mac or Windows you'll be seen by more people who can confidently help you out.
