Can someone clarify HD9 features?

Ok so call me a moron but I can't seem to get a clear answer on this, could someone (ie Avid support) clarify this once and for all?

1. If I purchase the HD9 upgrade for my TDM system will I be able to use all the same features on a native system with the same ilok asset?

2. Will it therefore be the same as if i purchased PT9 plus CPT2 on this native system? ie increased tracks etc

3. Does it also come with XForm?

Yes, except the tdm (so also HEAT it's not compatible)

PT9 + CPTK2 it's the same feature of HD9 except
TDM, Input monitoring, TrackPunch / DestructivePunch, Solo bus AFL/PFL, SYNC HD support

Xform only with CPTK2
