Move regions with ctrl+option(alt) doesnt work?

Move regions with ctrl+option(alt) doesnt work?

I have a very strange problem. I cant use both the buttons ctrl + options and then drag a region to another track for copy it and not move it. I wont do anything of it. But if u use just one of the buttons it works as it should. Ctrl + drag n drop for not moving to the side, or just option/alt + drag n drop for copy it. Its like when i push both ctrl and option they take out eachother

Im using PT LE 7.3.1 cs8 on a Mac.
