Midi keyboard and controller?

I'm looking for a new usb/midi keyboard for my pro tools rig, but I also want the keyboard to control some features in PT like volumefades, record enable, mute and play. So I want some opinions on what would be a good buy.

The ones I'm considering are the Edirol PCRM80 http://www.zzounds.com/item--EDIPCRM50 , and the CME UF5 http://www.musiciansfriend.com/produ...ler?sku=709513

Will these cover my needs, and more important, will they work well with PT?
