SYSTEM CRASH ON START UP - DIGI TEST ERROR 13

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE A NEW SYSTEM AND AM TRYING TO JUST GET THE SYSTEM TO START UP. THE SYSTEM LOADS TO THE DAE POINT, THEN IT STOPS AND GIVES ME A
-6004 MESSAGE.
WHEN RUNNING THE DIGI TEST, THE MESSATE SAYS BUSS MATER TEST ERROR #13.
THIS IS A PC SYSTEM WITH A PENTIUM III 900MHZ ON A GATEWAY DOCKING STATION WITH A PCI SLOT... I KNOW IT IS PROBABLY NOT ON THE LIST OF COMPATIBILITY SYSTEMS
