Urgent Help Needed | Cant open PT 8.0.3 Preference Window

Hi...

like the header says.

The window wont pop open.

Whether session loaded or not. I already trashed all preferences and databases and rebooted. No help. Now I cannot open the preferences window and they have of course all been set to default....

Maybe the window is there but hidden...

Try to turn Spaces on and off. Also check that ProTools is in Spaces #1 even if Spaces is off.
You can also use Quartz Debug if you have the the Developer Tools installed so you can have a list of all open windows and see if it open somewhere when you select the preferences menu.

Thanks JC,

I'll take a note of this and try that next time, should it occur.
I just reinstalled Tools and now it appears just fine...

Strange Though....
