insert undo
I was copying some plug ins from one track to another by means of alt + dragging, when on one plug in, I accidentally hit alt + selected no insert. This of course removed inserts across all tracks for that slot. I stared at the screen for a moment and then I realized that I don't know how to undo something like that. In the end I reverted to my last save and lost a little bit of editing work.
Is there a way to undo changes like that?

And ALWAYS have Auto-Save enabled.
