SSD 5 working only occasionally

I'm trying to get SSD 5 working in Pro Tools Artist ;
It is playing back only occasionally .
Sometimes it plays the MIDI-data, more often it does not .

I'm quite lost here ():

Sorry could not resist. You need to provide much much more specific detail

Starting with SSD5 ( I know what that means, only because I have it ) and including your particular system-- computer, interface, etc.etc. as well OS and PT versions ... then you may be able to get some actual help

Talking 'bout Steven Slate Drums 5 (latest version) AAXi-plugin / works as should in REAPER as VSTi .

Funny also Xpand 2 is missing "notes" in playback, alike SSD 5 .

Windows 11 - MSI Z390 A-Pro Mobo 16GBs of RAM MSI GT710 Graphics .
The Instrument libraries are on the system drive ; But working nice in REAPER .

Well ok Now to clarify I am on Mac Monterey and PT Ultimate 2022.10
AND I downloaded the free version SSD5 And it shows as a plugin but I could not get it to open let alone play anything
I contacted SSD support and was told they were having issues with PT 2022.10
So that could be it YOU might try SSD support and see what they say

Now as far as Xpand 2 it is working fine on my system AS is my paid version of SSD 4

SSD 5 is working fine on PT 2022.10 on my Mac Pro on Mojave 10.14.6
