Default Pro Tools Reinstall Upgrade Problem!

hey guys!

using pro tools for years and this is the first problem i've encountered that i can't seem to fix.

my powerbook crashed and i reinstalled my pro tools 7.0 from the cd and that worked. last year i downloaded an upgrade to 7.4 and paid 150 bucks but now when i try to reinstall with the same auth code i get this message...

We are sorry, but this code has already been used to activate software, and can only be used once.

If you have previously used this code to activate your product, please check your account for your downloads and codes.

If this is the first time you've used this code and it shows as already used, please contact customer support.

HELP PLEASE!!!

Your confusing the upgrades activation code with the software authorization code.

You should have a authorization code in your My Digi account along with a download link, If the upgrade was purchased in the Digistore logging into your account there may provide the authorization code. If this was a 7.4 amnesty update than you may have a email from Digi CSA with a download link and authorization code.

If its not in any of those three places you should get a hold of Digi CSA and ask them for a new code.
