PT11 Crash on start Win7 SP1

Hi Guys,
I recently installed both PT11 et PT10 on a brand new Lenovo computer, powerful computer with 32G ram etc...

Operating system is Windows 7 SP1. Audio interface is Presonus StudioLive 16.4.2, via FireWire 400.

Pro Tools 10 (10.3.6) work great, but PT11 (11.02) crash when open (on the "library..." loading).
I'm really used to MacOSX for installation and trouble shooting, but on this case I don't know how to fix that...

Any clue ? (considering I don't have the PC with me, I need some ideas to try next time...)

Did you try to re-do the installation of PT11.0.2?

What method did you use to upgrade to 11.0.2? Did you follow the Avid directions and uninstall your previous PT11 version first?

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers for your interface?

And by the way, the latest version of Pro Tools 10 is 10.3.7, so you may want to upgrade that as well.

Yes I tryed to reinstall PT11.0.2
I never installed PT11.0
The Pro Tools 10 that work is a 10.3.7 actually.

And Yes I tryed to uninstall and reinstall the driver... as well as removing the motherboard audio driver... still not working.

I will reinstall the W7sp1 hope that fix the PB.
