Default Correct Load Order for ReWire Applications

So far it seems I've discovered that ProTools will not launch if Reason or Live are running. Live also is pesky in that it won't use the digi002 unless you bring up the plug first. (it will error and say no audio device or such) Reason seems a little more intuitive as the application launches when you select the plug.

Has anyone gotten live to work with built in audio? Reason can switch between the 002 and built in, but Live only seems to output to the 002.

S.
