Window Configurations Doesn't save Time Display Format ?

Does the time display format ( TC / Samples / Bars&Beats ) follow saved window configuration presets ? Can't seem to get that to work... What am I missing, or WC doesn't save Time format ? Trying to figure out a way to keyboard shortcut the display to toggle between TC & Samples...

You can use Eucon to set this up (It's a Eucon-ized setting that can be assigned to soft keys on a tablet/phone or any of the Avid surfaces with softkeys)

It has never been part of windows configurations (because window configurations doesn't deal with "the setup"/choices of content inside windows; only the location/layout)
