Findng the CC# of my automation lane?
Hey folks. So i have a very basic but nice 3rd party fader board. I can train each of the 7 fader sliders to any CC#. I would love to be able to use it to write-automate parameters from plug-ins that do no have "learn midi CC" built in by the dev.
I would do this by creating a basic automation lane for attributes like "dry/wet", etc etc but I can't figure out what CC# those lanes are assigned to when i create my automation lanes. Is there a way to tell!? Ironically for undefined CC# it says the bloody number right there. So annoying. See attachment for clarity. Thanks guys. |

Re: Findng the CC# of my automation lane?
If it's not supported by the plugin you can't do it. Those are PT's AAX internal automation parameters so not automatically mapped to CC #'s.
One solution is ReFuse Software's Mulligan but it's designed to work with rotary encoders.... https://www.refusesoftware.com/mulligan
