Default transfuser loop pop

In transfuser when I record a loop there is often an pop at the end. How do I stop this?

Crackling and popping is often a sign of a clock problem. Impossible to know without any knowledge of what equipment you're using though.

Does the pop happen only on a recorded track using transfuser or does it happen on other tracks as well?

You say " there is often an pop at the end." By that, am I assuming correctly that the pop is not always there?

Before recording a loop, are you making your selection in the timeline using 'Grid' mode? If not you may be capturing a fraction of the sound of the next beat at the end of the loop.
