educational renewal

Only 20 days for my annual pro tools ultimate renewal plan...
the only thing's changed during the past years is that i've stard teaching music tech on a big school here in rome...
so here's my simple question, that the support team at avid seems to not be able to resolve...
Even if I never access any educational discont for my previous plans
can I be elegible now for such kind of discount?
And if so how the procedure works?
