Click plugin suddenly not working...?

Okay for some reason I can't get the click plugin to work with the 002r hardware. Click works with existing 001 sessions...

1- aux track
2- select click for a plugin
3- input bus 1
4- pull up volume
5- select metronome icon in transport
6- press play... nothing

I've done this a hundred times. What am I'm missing? Something stupid no doubt.

Existing sessions were made with 001. Click works fine with these sessions. Click won't work with new sessions made with 002r hardware. The only thing I did was select "default" for all I/O settings since 002r was installed. I can't see how this would effect the click. I did all the usual trashing of prefs/databases/restarts etc.

I'm stumped. Please advise...

I've had problems with the click plugin a few times. It doesn't work for me on sessions that originated in 5.2.1.

I have had this and not just the Click plug either. Have you got the Low Latency option set byany chance? I found that if I had this set then I woould get this problem. Also I had similar problems with Aux digital inputs whith LL on and also Rewire II plugs like Reason 2.5 or Live. I would definately agree this seems like a bug. Switching back to non LL mode sometimes would clear as would recreating the track and deleting the original.

Well that was it. I had Low Latency monitoring selected. I don't remember this with 001.

Question Digi: What good is the click if you can't use LLM? Is this a bug?

I discovered a work around, by pulling up bus send somewhere and routing the input of the aux (click track) to bus one. Still would be nice if the click worked with low latency selected.
