iLok manager crashes when quitting

My ilok manager often crashes when quitting, and I have to force quit it. Not a huge problem, just a minor annoyance as it'll often interrupt the shut down or restart process, and I have to force quit Ilok mngr.

I have had this problem for a while, can't remember how far back but possibly back to switching from Intel to M1.

Anyone else see this and have fix? I am always running the most recent version of Ilok manager.

I'm running PT on HDX at work and an UAD Apollo Twin at home, Ilok manager displays same behaviour on both systems.

Macbook Pro M1 Max, 12.6, PT Ultimate 2022.9.

I'm not seeing anywhere in your original post any indication of iLok Manager version.

In the original post I stated that I am always running the most recent version. It checks for updates automatically. 5.6.2 is currently the most recent version, so that's what I am running right now. Soon as there's a new version coming out, that's what I'll be running then.

This problem has persisted through several updates over the past 5 months or so.

I am using both, some licenses are in the cloud and the rest on a physical Ilok 2.

This is an unusual problem. If you have tried reinstalled the latest version then I would try taking this up with iLok support.
