Default 8.0.3, some control surfaces cause 6031 error

6031 error occurs very often while I use Command 8, in my friend's studio, he's using Mackie control, not Mackie control pro. Same problem. If we don't use any control surface, no 6031s.

Is the unit run by CAT5 or USB? Or FW?

Which unit are you asking? Mackie is using a MIDI port, and Command 8 is runing by USB port.

fullsound, is it your uad pci card or the tranzport remote? which one is curing your system? or is it both?

i still feel this is some random roll of the dice wether or not your system is 6031 free. i would bet that at some point you would be able to run your tranzport without getting 6031 if you had the luck of the draw on your side.

no signs of DTS i hope thats not a bad thing

No, I think maybe it's a MIDI thing instead of a USB thing. Because the mackie control in my friend's studio is using the MIDI port installed on a Roland PCI sound card.

And last night, the 6031 begins to appear even if I don't use any control surfaces.

if digi thinks its a driver issue........... prove it
they really don't know what it is and looks like they don't care
