Default So far I love EA but.......

I just upgraded to 7.4 (cs3 by the way, I always wait for a couple of cs releases before I jump!!) and have been learning my way through elastic audio. It's been working pretty good but I ran into one glitch. I used it to line up the first couple notes of a bass track to a drum intro, seemed to work pretty good at first but it introduced a blast of noise a few bars after the area I adjusted. I double checked my work, checked the manual, tried a few adjustments but the noise remained until I removed EA from the track. Now there were no adjustments to the area where the noise occurred, and it was at least three bars past the intro I adjusted. I even added a few unneeded warp marker to make sure that the areas were separated. Has anyone else had anything similar happen?
