using sleep for my computer
I must admit, I feel guilty leaving my G5 on all night long. All I do is turn the screen off. I read somewhere that you must never sleep your computer with pro tools. Is this only while your running pro tools?? of course you wouldn't then. But I read somewhere that you are NEVER to use sleep. Even if the application is closed. Is this true digidesign? How is it related. I don't want my computer's disks not have to run if they don't need to.
thanks!!! |

Re: using sleep for my computer
Manual sleep is ok after shutting down PT. Why not just turn the thing off?
