Default I am completely new to this!!!

Hey guys and girls, I am total n00b to the Macintosh and Pro-Tools. I just purchased a Mac-mini, and I got an MBox mini hooked up to it. I just installed Protools LE 7.1.1 that came with the Mbox mini. I also got an iLoK too. Here's the deal that I am having....

1. Pro-Tools asks for Authorization Licenses when it's loading the bundled Plug-Ins. I have no keys, or serial numbers to type in and make them work. I thought these were free "add-ins" but for some reason there's nothing else in the box but some other discs and cards for the Ignition Pack plug-ins. How do I make them work??

2. The iLOK that purchased says that I have to register a free account with them to make that work also. Well.... I went to their site and signed up for the free account. Here's the problem there..... iLOK has to send me an email response to activate my account to set up all the "stuff"( I don't know what to call it). It's been 2 days and I have no email response to get my iLOK working. There is no phone number either.

Should I just give up with all of this and get my money back on everything, or should I go ahead and start hacking?

Please help????

-Doug

Information regarding the features and proper usage of an ILok key can be reviewed here:

http://www.digidesign.com/index.cfm?...4&itemid=22764

Please be aware that there are plug-in installers on your Pro Tools disk that install plug-ins that are not free, but require that you have an existing authorization on your iLok key. If you do not have the authorization for the plug-in, the plug-in will not function. Your options are to remove the plug-in, skip the authorization screen when it pops up, or purchase the plug-in on the Digidesign website.
