I guess personal responsibility is a thing of the past.
Companies are beholden to their shareholders and debtors and employees to make money and giving away a valuable service for, say, recovering your expensive licenses from a failed iLok fails that charge. Skip a fast food meal or two and you'll have the cost of ZDT covered. Cheapest insurance for an expensive product (your s/w licenses) you'll ever have.
